Dr. Burns has spent over 25 years as a primary care doctor serving a large number of patients in the Boston area. He founded Renaissance Family Medicine in 2012. He resides in Wellesley, MA, with his wife and has three grown children. Formerly, Dr Burns was the associate chairman of Family Medicine at Newton Wellesley hospital and has been active in teaching at both Tufts and Boston University medical schools throughout his career. Dr. Burns is Board certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians.

As Practice Manager, Brandey brings 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and a warm, patient-centered approach to the practice. She works closely with the providers and care team to ensure a seamless, personalized experience for every patient. Outside of work, Brandey enjoys spending time with her family and two young children and has a passion for interior design, fashion, film, and true crime.

Kelly Vinitsky is a certified nurse practitioner who comes to Renaissance Family Medicine after having practiced for many years in internal medicine settings caring for adult and geriatric patients and specializing in chronic medical case management. When not working, Kelly stays busy with her family as a mom to two young children. She enjoys a healthy lifestyle by staying active, and is an accomplished tennis player.

Yvette comes to Renaissance Family Medicine with more than 25 years of experience as a lead clinical medical assistant within the Mass General Brigham and Beth Israel Deaconess health care systems. Yvette is a fundamental part of the exceptional care patients have come to expect at Renaissance Family Medicine. In her free time, Yvette enjoys gardening and hiking with her dog Charlie.
