Renaissance Family Medicine physicians refer to medical specialists at Massachusetts General Hospital, MassGeneral for Children, Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children's, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, New England Baptist, and Newton Wellesley Hospital. Renaissance Family Medicine physicians will coordinate and oversee your care with medical specialists so that you are knowledgeable about specific tests and procedures ordered as well as ensuring that treatment is timely and all necessary follow up is complete and effective.

We're available 24/7 - including weekends and nights. That's part of what your membership covers. Under specific circumstances, Dr. Burns or Dr. Master may well come to your home if you are unable to make it to our office. In the event one of our physicians is unavailable the other will cover.

We can assist you wherever you are - whether you're out of state or overseas. We aim to preserve your convenience and precious time. By using modern technologies for communication, we can have you bypass an office visit whether you are down the block or overseas. We use email, text, video conferencing, and more to provide you medical care and coordination no matter the distance.
Concierge Health
Concierge or Membership based medical practices charge a 'Fee' to be a part of the practice. The fee is for a more personalized level of service and 24/7 access to Renaissance Family Medicine physicians which allows them to limit the number of patients on their panels in order to provide the most comprehensive and individualized care to each individual. This means longer office visits (often 40 minutes- 1 hour) and the ability to get real time answers to medical questions and issues that arise. You will also continue to be responsible for any co-pays that are required by your insurance.
As a concierge patient, you will also receive coordinated care from other vetted specialists, such as nutrition experts, wellness coaches, and fitness professionals. State of the art tests for nutrition, genetics, hormones, stress, and food sensitivity are also administered and are tailored to each individual patient's medical history and requirements.
